Trust Fund Beauty Classic Cash

Happy Sunday Funday!

So my week long vacation is coming to an end. It went by so fast! Why doesn't the work week ever go that fast??

Anyways, I can't change the inevitable so I might as well move onto something more fun: nail polish! Today I'll be featuring another beauty from Trust Fund Beauty's Fall collection, Classic Cash, a dark sparkly emerald green.

Trust Fund Beauty is an independent Canadian company which combines fun, classic, fashionable colours with flirty, no nonsense names like Do You Know Who My Father Is and Rich Bitch. Their polishes are free from harmful toxins (5-free) and vegan friendly. More information on how to get some Trust Fund Beauty in your life can be found here: www.trustfundbeauty.com

Classic Cash is dark metallic green with shimmer throughout.
Application was a dream and I was able to use two easy coats for this mani.
It's dark and mysterious but the sparkliness of the shimmer sets it apart from other green polishes.
The more I look at it, the more I love it! It's so rich and lush!!

I added some gold accents to bring out the gold shimmer in the polish.
The gold I used is OPI Love Angel Music Baby which dries matte. I added a top coat in the next photo so that it's glossiness could match the shininess of Classic Cash.

This fall collection has slayed me the sparkly, metallic colours. I can't wait to see the entire collection which Trust Find Beauty will be releasing in September!

Trust Fund Beauty 1st Degree Diva and Killer Heels

Hello sweethearts!

I've been on vacation all week and time seems to go faster when you're not working lol. I was able to spend some time reviewing the fall collection by Trust Fund Beauty. Trust Fund Beauty is a Canadian based company that combines fun, fashionable, and classy colours with outrageous polish names full of character and sass! Information on how you can order Trust Fund Beauty can be found on their webpage: www.trustfundbeauty.com
Today I'll be showing off 1st Degree Diva, a bubble gum pink cream polish and Killer Heels, a sparkly glitter polish.
1st Degree Diva is a pink polish, a shade darker than Do You Know Who My Father Is, which I reviewed in a previous post. It is a cooler toned pink.
It was so easy to apply, with perfect opacity in 2 coats.
I paired it with Killer Heels, a sparkly glitter topper that is full of larger pink glitter and holographic glitter.
Here's an out of focus picture to show you the holographic effect if the glitter.
It's so sparkly and perfect for adding a little pizzazz to any mani!
I'm so in love with this design! The combination of pink and glitter reminds me of Barbie so I had to incorporate her somehow. The Barbie-esque silhouette was hand painted with acrylic paint.

The formulation of Trust Fund Beauty is awesome and as good, if not better, than many mainstream brands. Follow Trust Fund Beauty for more information on release dates and a first look at the rest of the fall collection!

Trust Fund Beauty Backup Mansion

Good morning loves!

So one of my favourite brands is coming out with a gorgeous, sparkly fall collection. Trust Fund Beauty gave me the honour of having the very first look at their fall collection. Trust Fund Beauty (TFB) polishes can be found here: www.trustfundbeauty.com

These beautiful, elegant polishes are unique and unlike any previous polish released by Trust Fund Beauty. TFB is an independent Canadian brand who pays special attention to every detail to set it apart from other brands. Based in Montreal, TFB is fashion forward and free from harsh chemicals like Formaldehyde, Toluene, and DPB.

Today I'll show you Backup Mansion, a sparkly metallic teal green.
This was such an easy to apply nail polish, with amazing coverage in 2 thin coats.
It's so pretty with it's slightly blue undertones.
I paired it with a watermarble design done with another pretty polish from the fall collection, Credit Card Workout, a silver foil polish.
I'm in love with this green, though I don't usually wear greens this dark. Trust Fund Beauty continues to amaze me!

GG Couture Breakfast At Tiffany's, Jenna, and The Seven Seas

Hello sweets!

I have some pretty polishes by GG Couture to show you today. GG Couture polishes can be found on their website: www.ggcouturenails.com

GG Couture creator, Gabrielle Gyori, is a young entrepreneur from California who prides herself on creating unique polishes with attention paid to every detail. She embellishes all bottles with a cute black bow and rhinestone on top. Her polishes are 5-free so do not contain Formaldehyde, DBP, Toluene, formaldehyde resin or Camphor. You have the option to make some of her polishes scented and one of the ones I'll be showing you is scented with an apple fragrance.

The first one I'll show you is Breakfast At Tiffany's, a scattered holographic light aqua blue.

It is a scattered holo so there is holographic dust throughout which gives it a pretty shine.
It was quite opaque with the first coat. It was a little thick in formula so when applying, you'll want to remove most of it from the brush.
It dries slightly matte but still has a light shine.
I added some flirty girly accents with hand painted lace and pearl placement.

Up next is Jenna, a gold glitter topper that is full of gold hex glitter and micro holographic gold glitter in a clear base.

Here I used it in a glitter gradient over a matte black polish.
It adds the perfect amount of bling and shine to any mani.
So sparkly!

And last but not least is The Seven Seas, a shimmery blue-green polish that is slightly duo-chromed, looking a little more green in certain light.

This one was scented with a flowery green apple fragrance which is evident when the polish is dry. This was 2 coats with no top coat.
Here you can see its slight duo-chrome finish, with the greener colour in lower light.
Since the name is The Seven Seas, I added some cute little fishies.
GG Couture's little unique touches set it apart from other indie brands. Visit Gabrielle's website for more info!

Summer Treats Mani!

Hello lovelies!

I had to share some pictures of a mani I did for the Californails #nailartjul challenge. The theme was Frozen Treats and since I love frozen treats, I had to bang out this cutesy, cartoony, delicious design! Please vote for this design on Nail Polish Canada's website: www.nailpolishcanada.com/summer-nail-art-challenge-signup/

I started with a gradient of Bonita Colors polishes: Pear Me Up (green), Juvia (blue), and Creaaamson (yellow) then topped it off with China Glaze Fairy Dust.
I used acrylic paint and a thin brush to add my yummy treats.
We've got a delicious sundae, soft serve ice cream cone, an orange creamsicle, and a refreshing sno-cone.
Yumyumyummy! Do they make you want something cool and sweet??
